This report, prepared by Talent Place in cooperation with the Keralla Research Institute, is aimed at CEOs, directors and managers and decision makers in the area of HR and human resources management. The information it contains is based on interviews with HR decision makers and an analysis of their experience in implementing remote work of over 200 large companies. The main purpose of the report is to increase understanding of the remote work market and to support companies that plan to implement this model.

Survey participants
The quantitative survey included 200 companies with at least 100 employees. Among the industries surveyed were, among others BPO / SSC, IT and Industry. The chart below presents the percentage distribution of study participants.
The qualitative study was based on 20 interviews conducted with HR decision-makers and leaders of companies that have experience in working remotely. Nine of them were presented in the form of a Case Study.
